    • Since MLC is an association of independent hotels, we can not guarantee discounts on the rates offered. However, do not hesitate to contact us to receive an adapted proposal.
  • Do you organize seminars, weddings, and study days?
    • Yes, we will be happy to help you organize your event.

  • Do you offer discounts if I book several hotels?
    • MLC is an association of independent hotels; we can not apply discounts on the rates offered. On the other hand, some properties can offer advantageous rates with breakfast included. Do not hesitate to contact us to receive a suitable proposal.
  • Do you accept animals?
    • Each establishment has its policy on accepting pets. Some properties do not accept them, others accept them depending on the animal’s size, others with a supplement, and others completely free.
  • How can I find a room for someone with reduced mobility?
    • Some rooms can be specifically equipped; you will find this information if the hotel is adapted on our website in the tab “good to know” of each Property. Do not hesitate to contact our concierge service.
  • How can I book multiple rooms of different categories?
    • Enter “1” in the “Rooms” field
      Choose the desired room on the availability page
      Click on “Book another room” to complete your reservation.
  • How can I book a room for two adults and a child under 12?
    • Select 1 room and two persons and check the possibility of additional beds in the description. Please note that extra charges may apply; we advise you to call our concierge service to check this possibility.
  • Can you book my flights as well?
    • No, we do not book flights. We limit ourselves to the reservations of our Properties and their services. On the other hand, we can assist you in organizing transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
  • Can I book a restaurant only?
    • Yes. The reservation must be made by calling the restaurant directly via the contact details you will find on the web page of each Property.
  • How to recover my deposit paid at the time of my confirmation?
    • Once the reservation is canceled within the allowed time, the hotel will re-credit the amount debited from your card as soon as possible. 
  • How to cancel my reservation?
    • If you have made a reservation via our website or the MLC concierge team, do not hesitate to contact us to help you.
  • Can I change my reservation for another hotel in your association?
    • No. Any change of stay must concern the same hotel.
  • Can I pay by bank transfer?
    • Yes, of course. However, a credit card number will be requested as a guarantee. Please note it in the comments before finalizing your reservation or calling our concierge service.
  • Is it possible to book one night with a package and one night with another package?
    • Yes, of course. We advise you to call our concierge service so that reservations are attached to a single file.
  • Can I make a reservation via a gift box?
    • All reservations via Gift Box must be made directly to the chosen establishment. You will find the coordinates inside the booklet of your box and on our website in the “good to know” tab of the page of each Property.
  • Can I pay for my entire route at MLC?
    • Each MLC affiliate hotel manages payments independently. Therefore we recommend paying for each step of your route separately.
